Login and signup are disabled

If you guys haven't noticed already, but most likely you have. We have some performance issue with the site, the site was ran really slow at certain time of the day. We think it has to do with the logged in users so we're disabling it now to see if it's the cause of the problem. The login box will be back if logged in users were not the cause of the problem. If it is then we'll have to find a way to deal with it.
